We have been enjoying some weekend nights with friends at a restaraunt with an outdoor playground and giant sandbox. Their food is not that great but who cares when the kids are enjoying themselves and the adults get to sit back and relax. We usually follow this up with fireworks from Six Flags although my kids both cover their ears the whole time. Mia even closes her eyes but they both yell and cheer when we tell them where we are going. Mia now claims that "fireworks" are the reason why she is waking up before the roosters. This is all within about 15min. from our house. Gotta love San Antonio!
